Top Chef alum and molecular gastronmost, Marcel Vigneron, runs a catering and event company that requires his masterful use of the science of cooking to provide food for hired events. Marcel is a big proponent of molecular gastronomy, which uses science-lab ingredients like liquid nitrogen to give food a new spin. In the premiere, he creates an elaborate safari-themed menu for an animal-refuge benefit.
